This insertion replaces the announcement insertion when the construction structure of interest has been repaved as part of this stage of the project.
The Content Material here was successfully refactored/repurposed as part of the 2023-11-26 stage of the Site Repaving Project. Check those pages for additional details of the approach to correction and upgrade. Contact the nfoTools author with questions and to report any subsequent defects that you notice. This insertion replaces the announcement insertion when the content material governed by a diary, a Construction Structure page, or a Construction Zone has been repaved.
This material conforms to the 2023-11-26 stage of the Site Refactoring/Repurposing. Check those pages for additional details of the approach and the styles. Contact the nfoTools author with questions and to report any subsequent defects that you notice. This insertion is used with new material that is created that follows the same principles instituted with the repaving.
The first priority is to have the construction structure of the site be current and properly connected.
This is accomplished by performing a review starting with the "front porch:" the root materials at http://nfoWare.com/. Work items and their completion will be reported as part of the front-porch Construction Zone.
After the front porch is adjusted, the construction structure of each subfolder is reviewed, extending recursively through all of the construction-structure elements only. Additional items that happen to be noticed will be added to the work items of the applicable construction zone.
The construction structure and the related construction zones can be located by navigating the construction structure provided at the front porch.
When the construction structure is reviewed and adjusted as necessary, a completion message will be inserted to avoid wondering which structures have and have not been reviewed.
The second priority is to have the Toolcraft content be consistent, reachable, and properly linked.
The modifications to this compilation of material will begin with those important for the ODMJNI Public Beta. This allows compilation of general information on the use of Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition, the Java 1.5 Development Kit, and related Windows lore that is relied upon for ActiveODMA projects.
The Toolcraft section has a construction zone for management of its internal construction structure. Items about elements of the overall repaving will be found here.
The Toolcraft section also has a Catalog and a Job Jar for the collection of toolNotes. Any repaving at the collection level will be reflected in that job jar. This level will provide a checklist for the review of individual toolNotes for any adjustment and repaving.
The individual toolNotes also have their own Diary & Job Jar pages. In addition to regular work items and notes, those pages may also carry detail items that apply to repaving of the individual note.
As appropriate, completion messages will be inserted to avoid wondering which toolNotes have and have not been reviewed.
The third priority is to have the Construction Material content be updated. The Construction Material construction structure and its content needs to be revamped as first-class support for nfoWare.
These activities will be carried out in parallel so that the essential needs to provide resources to the ODMJNI Public Beta and the posting of Cybersmith and VC++ Novice guidance are met as quickly as possible. (Note that Cybersmith articles may also be appropriately posted to TROSTing.org)
On completion of these adjustments, other sections will be reviewed and repaved, including the construction section and others that have content other than construction structure. Since nfoWare is one of the newest parts of nfoCentrale, the changes here will be relatively straightforward.
