The DNS changes have to go first. 2004-01-06: The DNS changes have kicked in and the Advanced DNS Settings seem to be in place, but I am not getting anything so far. I need to wait another 24 hours, at least.] [2004-01-08-11:00 after breakfast, I tried one more time and the page came up. There was no adjustment that I needed to make beyond being patient. I don't know whether the twiddling I did after making the DNS changes delayed the kick-in of the web forwarding and cloaking, but it is working now.
